Shipping policy

Nothing is posted. Everything is sent by email.

The 7-Day Screen Reset and the Activity Pack are digital downloads. There’s no physical product, no shipping and no delivery charge.

What happens after you buy

  1. Your order is confirmed on screen immediately after payment.
  2. Within a few minutes you’ll receive an email from Happily Bored with your download link(s). The email goes to the address you entered at checkout.
  3. Click the link to download your PDF(s). You can download them to a phone, tablet or computer, and you can come back to the link later if you need to download again.

If your email hasn’t arrived

Please don’t panic, and please don’t assume you’ve been charged for nothing. Most “missing” emails are sitting in a spam or promotions folder. Try this first:

  • Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
  • Search your inbox for “Happily Bored”.
  • Check you entered your email address correctly at checkout (a typo is the most common cause).
  • Give it up to 30 minutes. Some email providers are slow.

If it still hasn’t arrived, or the download won’t work

Email us at info@happilybored.com and we will sort it. Tell us:

  • The name and email address you used at checkout
  • Roughly when you ordered
  • What’s happening (nothing arrived, the link won’t open, the PDF won’t download, etc.)

We’ll reply as quickly as we can, usually the same day, and we will get the files to you by whatever route works for you. That can include:

  • Resending the download link to the same address
  • Sending the link to a different email address
  • Attaching the PDFs directly to an email
  • Sharing the files through a private cloud link (Google Drive or similar)

You will never lose access to something you’ve paid for because of an email problem. If we can’t get the files to you, we’ll refund you in full.

Lost your files later?

Email us any time with your order details and we’ll send them again. There’s no time limit on this.

Opening the files

Everything is supplied as PDF. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer with a free PDF reader (most devices have one built in). The printables are designed to print on standard A4 paper.
