Our 60-day guarantee
We want The 7-Day Screen Reset to actually help your family. If it doesn’t, we’ll give you your money back. No questions asked.
How it works
- You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- Email us at info@happilybored.com with the email address you used at checkout. That’s it. You don’t need to explain why.
- We’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 working days of your request. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
- You keep the ebook and any printables. We won’t ask you to delete anything.
Add-ons and bundles
The 60-day guarantee covers everything you buy from us, including the Activity Pack and any bundle. Refunds are for the full order.
Your legal rights
Our products are digital content. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day right to cancel in many cases. Our 60-day guarantee goes further than that, and gives you more protection than the law requires. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund if digital content is faulty.
Problems with your download?
If a file won’t open, print or download, please email us before requesting a refund. In almost every case we can fix it and send you the file another way. See our Shipping policy for details.
